Park House Hotel is a family owned English Country house set in 10 tranquil, glorious acres in the village of Bepton, just outside the West Sussex market town of Midhurst. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty in the heart of South Downs National Park. Originally built as a Sussex farmhouse in the Midddle Ages, the main house is of the late Victorian era. The farmhouse was rebuilt and has been transformed into a stunning country house luxury hotel.

The Park House Hotel has 21 en-suite bedrooms in total, 12 of which are in the Main house and the remainder in the 3 surrounding cottages. All bedrooms are individually decorated and designed in the taste of an English country home. All bedrooms include tea & coffee making facilities, hair-dryer, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, dressing gowns, Apple iMac monitors for satellite TV, radio and internet, Apple iMac CD and DVD players, complimentary wireless internet access, 24-hour room service for light snacks and drinks. There are also 3 beautiful English country cottages in the grounds – the South Down Cottage with six en- suite bedrooms, the Polo cottage with three bedrooms, and finally a one bedroom luxurious self contained cottage called the Baytree Cottage.

Dining is a culinary delight at Park House, the finest and freshest ingredients sourced locally. You can choose to dine in the Dining Room or Conservatory, enjoy light snacks in the new PH₂O spa, lunch on the Terrace in the Summer months, traditional afternoon tea or coffee in the Drawing Room or pre Dinner drinks in the Bar.

The newly opened PH₂O Spa is a haven of peace and tranquility. Relax in the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi or take time out to destress on the dry flotation bed. Swim a few lengths of the 15 metre indoor pool, or enjoy the heated outside pool in good weather. Alternatively just sit back and relax with drinks on the terrace. Park House has a multitude of activities to choose from- Work out in the state-of-the-art gym, brush up on your tennis on the tennis courts, try your skills on the putting, croquet or bowls lawn or tee off in The Oaks – a six-hole Par 3 golf course!

There are so many places to go and see before you leave the Sussex countryside behind. Close by you will find horse racing at Goodwood, polo matches at Cowdray Park, Chichester Cathedral and St Marys Churh to name but a few.
