September 24, 2010 at 6:43 pmMy friend and I took a spa break at Craxton Wood hotel. It was fantastic. There was nothing to complain about! The staff were pleasant and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool (with steam room and sauna) was lovely to relax in. The spa treatments were gorgeous – a real treat! The evening meal was delicious and we could have stayed at breakfast all morning eating the vast choice of food. The view from our room (complete with squirrels and rabbits on the lawn) was just perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel and spa and am about to book a return visit. Excellent value for money.

May 3, 2011 at 12:01 pmWe stayed at Craxton Wood Hotel to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. We received excellent booking service from Dee at Spastayselect.com and from all hotel staff. My daughter’s room was upgraded to an executive suite without asking and at no extra cost and at dinner they brought her a complimentary glass of wine and wrote a birthday greeting in chocolate icing on her pudding plate – all really appreciated when they were so busy. We received wonderful pampering in the spa – including my husband who was reluctant to do ‘something so girlie’. Amazing value for money – very happy!!
